1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Socialify (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Socialify.
• You must be a resident of Nigeria with a valid phone number and bank account or mobile money wallet.
• Only one account per person is allowed. Multiple accounts will be suspended.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
• All activities under your account.
• Providing accurate information during registration and updates.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspicious activity, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

4. Task Completion & Verification

• Tasks must be completed genuinely and ethically.
• Our AI + human verification system checks all submissions.
• Fake screenshots, bots, VPN abuse, or multiple devices will result in permanent ban and forfeiture of earnings.
• Approved tasks are credited instantly. Rejected tasks may be appealed within 48 hours.

5. Earnings & Payouts

• Minimum withdrawal: ₦500.
• Payout methods: Bank Transfer, Airtime, PayPal, USDT (TRC20), or Mobile Money.
• Processing time: Under 60 seconds for most methods.
• We do not charge withdrawal fees. Network fees (e.g., crypto) are deducted from your balance.
• Earnings are non-refundable once withdrawn.

6. Affiliate Program

• You earn 30% lifetime commission on all earnings of users you refer.
• Referral links must not be spammed. Violators will be banned.
• Affiliate earnings are paid weekly on Fridays (minimum ₦1,000).
• We reserve the right to adjust commission rates with 7 days’ notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others.
• Exploit bugs or glitches.
• Promote hate speech, scams, or illegal content.
• Reverse engineer or copy the Platform.

Violations result in immediate termination and legal action if necessary.

8. Intellectual Property

Socialify and its content (logo, design, code, tasks) are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Socialify is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:

• 100% uptime or error-free operation.
• Specific earnings amounts.
• Third-party task availability.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these Terms. Upon termination:

• All unpaid earnings may be forfeited.
• You lose access to the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in Lagos State courts.
